"I love staying at this place! This time though I had a broken lamp in the room and the pool was not heated. Ultimately I would still choose Fenwick Shores. Being a woman who travels alone I feel safe here. "

"We didn't have any wash rags in our room I had to wait til the last day and the front desk brought them to my room. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom by the pool. No ice machine or vending machine as stated on the 4th floor. My key card was inactive 2 hours prior to Checkout, Breakfast was amazing & the lady running breakfast was amazing! Beds were comfy staff was nice. I would stay again. "

"Staff refused to deal with screaming kids and loud music in room next to us. Said they would send security to speak with them, but nothing changed. Finally quieted down at 4am. No hot tub, no pool. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. Waste of time amd money. They said it was broken, but i believe they shut it down due to the large youth event they jad going on. Will not go there again."

Have no idea who the manager is, was told my complaint would be added to the pile? I asked for a call, was told that he may call me the next day, as he was currently off. Well, it's been over a month, and no communication has been received. I would really like to get my money refunded and share some of the pictures of the condition of our room. "
