Could not even check in - no info/response.
We booked this place through expedia and I got a confirmation email about the booking. I tried to contact the hotel about my reservation via email and via phone regarding the checkin procedure before leaving but did not hear back. My mistake was I forgot that there was no response as I had lots of things on my mind regarding our trip. On the day of our reservation I called again 1hr before but did not hear back. We went to the building at 11:15 at night and realized there is no lock box, or note for checkin. We called Expedia and they tried to contact the owner without any luck. After being in the parking lot for 1 hr, expedia relocated us in a hotel without a kitchen. It was a terrible experience overall.
