"Overall the property was very clean and tidy. The only thing I would suggest is that there should be a kettle in the room. Breakfast as much as it's delicious it starts from 8am. Personally I'm early bird and unfortunately couldn't have any coffee until 8. Some door hooks in the bathroom would be useful. Nowhere to put clothes. "

"The town is amazing, the hotel was very clean and all the staff very very nice. On the night we checked in we had a great conversation with the receptionist who had lived in Birmingham for a while so had mastered English and the accent😂 Only minor criticism was the air handling unit in our room didn’t work (weather was manageable so didn’t cause an issue, and the shower temperature was very hot and cold!!) Recommend "

"Angel from guests experience took our stay to the next level, Also Marcelo from front desk made our stay so much enjoyable. Great hotel with a lot of history great staff and amazing location close to everything but yet quiet and intimate place. This could be a Park Hyatt going back soon."

"Website description mentions a pool table, which had apparently be removed years ago, a sauna which makes no mention of the £10 charge, and a jacuzzi which is colder than the pool. Not a nice area for British people as you will struggle to find any others in the immediate area. However, the staff were very polite and helpful."

"The girl on reception was the only issue in this hotel she was extremly unpleasant and unhelpful, other than that hotel was great I ask for room on the high floor, I was on 4th or 5th, so I enjoy the stay, barattender was helpful and other members of staff too."

"Los acabados del apartamento 13 muy sencillos y con poco encanto. Cocina muy bien equipada A/C en el salón y en las habitaciones ventilador. Al ser una planta subterranea por las ventanas no entra mucha luz. TV e instrucciones básicas de la casa sólo en alemán (ni en inglés ni español siendo Mallorca, España) Cuna muy cómoda para el bebé Zona de la piscina muy agradable, limpia, bien cuidada y con mucho material para niños, lo mejor de la finca!"
