「A lovely hotel with beautiful views. Very nice restaurant with very good breakfast & dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very disappointed to find the pool out of order after our long drive, guess we should have rang ahead. Bedroom ok, bed & bedding good. 「Stayed here many many times when working in the area and always find it clean and comfortable. Unfortunately on this occasion I was disappointed in room (207) as the window would not close and the room faces onto the busy main road which is very noisy. Also the TV was broken so had no choice but to listen to the boy racers and motorbikes outside instead. Just unlucky it was the last double room available. However that said I'm sure the issues will be rectified by the wonderful staff at Ponty...

Inside, the cottage is equally serene and well thought out, with lots of windows, plentiful hooks in the bathroom and a great walk in shower, as well as a clean and spacious kitchen and living room.
