「The king bed had the side tables so close to the bed, my husband hit his head at night and has a huge gash on his forehead. If you pay for a king bed you shouldn’t have an issue like this with the Hilton.」

「This was the perfect spot for our hiking trip! They have laundry facilities, a beautiful pool/hot tub, an ice machine, and the most friendly staff! Check-in was slightly confusing because we arrived late night but we were able to get into our villa within 15 minutes!」

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」
