「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「GOOD: Hot water and water pressure BAD: Everything else….visited Georgetown for a family event so I decided to stay overnight. I wasn’t expecting too much but I damn sure wasn’t expecting what I got either. After checking in, I entered the room and pulled back bed spread. 「I stayed here for one night and was disappointed with the experience. The room smelled strongly of smoke, the bed did not seem clean, and I even saw a cockroach. The door lock did not feel secure, and there was constant noise from doors and shutters throughout the night, making it hard to sleep.
