「limited hotel services, much like basic business hotel, tooo bad that the lift to car park was not in service during my stay, I need to walked through stairs with my working stick (I have some problems with my legs)」

「On arrival we were greeted by lovely staff at reception. The rooms are clean and presentable with welcome cookies and drinks in the mini fridge. The bed was really comfy with a nice duvet. Location is fantastic. Would highly recommend. 」

「All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and looking amazing. The only minor downside to our stay was the air conditioning/ heating not working as a consequence of the refurbishment. The brilliant staff had a portable heater put in our room within minutes. Excellent service from excellent staff. Looking forward to staying again. 」

「Had a great stay, everything is clean and room is very nice. Water pressure is great and room temperature just right. One thing gets to me a little is that the towels seem to leave a lot of cootton on my body and hands after use, which the hotel should look into it. But overall Im happy with the stay and would come back definitely if I'm in Leeds」

「The location of hostel is quite far away from the tram station. But it is clean and quiet.」
