Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. It's on a busy road but our room was quiet. It's also convenient for the M62 and Halifax. The cooked breakfast was nice and there is a lovely Italian restaurant next door. The bar area was pleasant place for drinks and a chat with friends.

Great hotel to stay at while visiting for a concert at Piece Hall. Great value for money. Delicious food at the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. Will definitely return to both in the future.

Friendly and welcoming staff, nice clean room with exceptionally clean bathroom. Lovely breakfast with table service. Only slight downside was it was very warm in the room and too noisy outside to keep the window open all night which impaired our sleep but overall very nice.

We had a lovely Executive Room at the front of the hotel, but because it was in a corridor next to a Fire Door, there was constant noise at night whenever anyone entered the corridor. The hotel is situated on a busy main road, so opening the window in warm weather let in a lot of traffic noise.
