「Awful hotel! I paid £189 for one night as it was convenient for the piece hall. Absolute rip off! Could hear the bed springs as soon as I sat on bed. Bathroom very dated. No hairdryer so couldn't wash my hair. No lift, had to walk up several flights of stairs! The hotel should be renovated ASAP!」

There was not much natural light entering the room and noise can be heard from the adjoining room The building could do with some refurbishment The views and gardens are beautiful The staff were really excellent and nothing was too much trouble The food was equally good with some fabulous combinations and flavours and, they have an interesting wine list, if slightly on the pricey side. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you」
