Easy to find and has plenty of parking spaces. The staff were excellent and liked the buffet breakfast where you have a lot of options. The food was also very good so all in all a very good place and will be back again if I have meetings nearby.

Accommodation at The Bowling Green is excellent. There are several rooms in a self contained annex right next to the pub. The rooms are of a very high standard and guests have access to a continental breakfast and a mini fridge in the room. We have stayed here many times and have always been impressed. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. Highly recommended.

Really great. Pub was heaving when I arrived due to football derby but staff ensured I checked in easily and you could not hear the pub noise in the room.

A lovely place to stay. The bedrooms are very clean and tidy with a selection of biscuits/ snacks which was a nice touch. Staff very friendly and food good. The only downside was No cooked breakfast, just a continental breakfast, but will stay again

Rooms were very nice. Mini fridge in your room and help yourself area in the corridor that had plenty of snacks and breakfast items. I was in room one, felt like it had been recently renovated, or they keep a room very well. Booking in and checking out is easy. Would stay again. Pub is also great.

Nicely appointed room with only a little noise from the pub (expected tbh as it was Saturday night) which stopped by 11.30pm. Staff were great and very friendly. Pub food was good. Room smelt a little strange and couldn't get the bathroom radiator to work, but other than that everything was great. Breakfast provisions were more than adequate.

Great Place.

Great place and location. Fantstic staff and really helpful. Wonderful room and facilities and the best self service breakfast bar ever seen. Will be back again as far better value than my usual hotels in this area.

Great place to stay !

Excellent- we arrived late and the staff were welcoming. The bar was great, although we arrived too late for food. The room was spotless and the facilities all as good as previous reviews have quoted.
