Many items in the room are not working properly, message light on the phone kept flashing in the whole night, shower tap was broken, WiFi signal suddenly stopped, a/c not cold enough. Staff level is not sufficient , I waited for few minutes to let receptionist to answer my call and waited 20 minutes to receive my bath robe after I order it. But staff seek actively to offer service recovery, one of the receptionist recorded my issues encountered and voluntarily offered me a drink but I rejected as I was in rush. I deeply appreciate their actions.

Worth n excellent hotel

It is clean and the best facilities one I can say in this budget range, compare with all the hotel I have been to. Nice swimming pool and sauna, steam room and gym. All Room are the same size, but fair enough with good facilities. If you enjoy the spa enjoy would you stay inside the room?

The property is modern and will maintained, the gym was well equipped with latest apparatus including Bluetooth connectivity. The self serve breakfast was also good. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is perfectly located for exploring central Manchester and only a stones throw from Victoria Station. Unfortunately the in room tea and coffee wasn't replenished.

Not having an onsite parking is troublesome. Although parking is available across the street but need to pay £13 per day and will need to pay additional if you leave the parking and re enter each time. Rest the staff and hotel is excellent. Will definitely book again except for the parking issue

It was clean and the breakfast was lovely however the beds are too hard. I choose this hotel for the pool for my daughter and I enquired at reception about the pool times and was told it opened at 8am on Sunday morning what they did not tell me however was that it closed at 10am so my daughter was very disappointed I paid a lot of money for that room I am guessing more than normal as events were on but I will not be booking there again

I enjoyed the stay and my granddaughter loved the pool. Beds comfortable although didint have a great sleep due to noise during night . was awful noisy people in the corridors and in neighbouring rooms.

The Radisson was great for a short stay. Our experience at Reception from a male member of staff was fantastic. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name, however, he was incredibly friendly, funny and helpful. He kindly waived the 2nd £15 pool fee as although the booking was for two rooms, we were one party. We were lucky to have interconnecting rooms for our trip which was ideal for our party but receiving the information about this was challenging and took multiple emails to reception. The children loved the swimming pool but again it would have been good to know in advance the hours are restricted. The staff on the bar weren’t the most friendly and we did have to wait for service on a couple of occasions and it wasn’t always with a smile! Unfortunately the seal on the shower screen was split which meant the bathroom flooded when using the shower. Also the tea and coffee was not readily topped up so we did have a morning without any teabags. Overall I would recommend the hotel for a central stay in Manchester.

Pros: Good location, close to the city centre Car park nearby Good size room (triple) Cons: Doors are very heavy so you can always hear your neighbours doors bang shut Swimming pool had an extra charge which was only mentioned after the nonrefundable booking and payment was made - this should have been made clear in the description prior to committing to pay

When we arrived check in wasn’t so smooth. We got to our room. A suite, and the bed for our children hadn’t been set up. So we had to go down and ask for this to be done. The staff in the pool area were rude and told us that we only had 30 mins to swim due to the pool closing for kids at 8pm. Which wasn’t communicated with us. On our check out day, we were showing getting ready to leave and the staff hadn’t told us they were having the windows cleaned. So we had a window cleaner on a harness outside out windows. Which really wasn’t great considering we hadn’t been pre warned! Not great planning from the hotel and had we not have noticed before our children got out the bath then it could have been embarrassing. Breakfast was nice. The meals in the restaurant at night were average. For such a nice hotel I did expect a bit more from the menu. There was a lady who worked in the restaurant in the evenings who was nice and very helpful. But she was the only helpful member of staff which again is a shame. Style but no substance is how I would describe it

Only 3 pillows provided for 2 adults in our room. Staff are mostly good, but the first staff we encountered when checking in was not helpful and looked so unbothered and uninterested to engage with us.

I really enjoyed my stay at Radisson Hotel Manchester City Centre. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. My room itself was fantastic and up to the high standards set by the Radisson brand. I didn’t have time to use many of the facilities, but would definitely look forward to using them in a future visit. Definitely a hotel suitable for all types of travellers!
