「Check in was great as the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was good, nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice with a good selection. The hotel is well located in a quiet area and only a ten minute walk to the restaurants, theatre and Pavilion Gardens.」

「 Good points my wife rated the spar the best shes ever been to with facilities amazing . The two breakfasts we had was allso excellent. The blip was i booked a two night stay as a surprise for our wedding anniversary and my wife finishing her twelfth cancer treatment, we were booked in for monday the 1st till wensday 3rd September, on the Monday we wanted to eat in the restaurant for our Anniversary after ordering our meals the fire Alarm went of so was told to leave then told it was a false...

Overall the whole stay was very pleasant , the staff were very friendly without being overly so. Would definitely go back if we were in the area.」
