「Very poor facility and amenities maintenance. Some pieces are damaged and broken. All rooms are noisy as the windows are not double glazed yet it has to be opened for the hotness without ventilation. Smell of weeds all over the lobby and corridors. Drunk and dozed persons around after dark. A nightmare experience」

「Staff were nice and helpful. The layout and all set up are above standard. I didn’t know they had a new policy for the swimming pool access when I booked the room, I got a message from the hotel they only allow guests of superior room or higher to access, or you pay for extra, When we checked in the staff gave us complimentary access, I don’t know if this is special treatment or for all guests who didn’t know the changes.
