「Clean and near the train station」

「Good: 10 mins. walk to Leeds Station. Check in fast. Room: spacious and neat. Wifi: OK average. Breakfast: various choices. Bad: the pressure of the shower is weak. cannot figure out how to turn on the top shower even tried many times, which the instruction is not clear enough. Bedsheet: some marks, which is not clean enough.」

「Bedrooms were dusty and noticed tissue under the bed」

「The facilities are well-equipped. The environment is homely and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.」

「Ideal location with free parking. Room only- no food or drink offering but ideal if you just need a base. Plenty of places close by for food and drink. Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room with biscuits. Clean and comfortable overlooking the cricket pitch.」
