A unique property staffed by kind, warm and friendly people who went out of their way to help make our stay a wonderful experience.

Very serene and deep in nature. The fish in the cenote must keep the mosquitoes away because we barely saw any. Amazing variety of birds right in the trees next to our canopy level deck. There’s a rustic outdoor kitchen with fridge by the cenote. A luxury hotel would ruin this paradise so don’t expect one. I recommend bringing stuff to float on. We had the cenote to ourselves at night and it was magical. If you want a comfortable bed and hot shower while connecting with biodiversity and...

American style hotel. Cleaning service every day, very well taken care of, comfortable bed. The room had everything I needed! The rooftop pool and lounge was amazing. The location is super close to shops and stores, and a few minutes walk from the beach. Felt very safe and secure.

This property is fantastic if your desire is to go to a laid back property and have a relaxing but fun time. It is not packed with party hungry 18 year olds. We noticed the guests were mostly couples and friend trips made up of ladies or couples. While they say tips are not expected, they really are. For the price of flights and the say along with the amazing food options on property, throw your server or housekeeping staff a few USD. Be careful when it comes to converting dollars to pesos - pay...

Loved the pool, breakfast and employees were so nice!

The staff was very friendly and helpful

Walking distance to and from the Airport. Free shuttle to airport. Large clean room. Food was delicious 😋 pool was heated great gym facility.

Overall the resort was excellent. Be prepared there is no swimmable beach near the resort.

Friendly stuff!! Francisco bartender was great, Lourdes at the carnival was excellent!!!

Clean rooms, costumer service was great. Overall, hotel is a beautiful resort for families.

Loved this hotel, would definitely recommend and stay again! The staff was great, the breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean and the rooftop area was a perfect hangout spot. Yes, the pool tiles need to be redone but that doesn’t effect the relaxing time we had there. The location is central to downtown but the rooms are silent inside. Loved our 3 nights here!

I went with my husband and 9 year old son. We all had an amazing time- this was our first time here and we will ABSOLUTELY be back. When we got home we already started planning our next trip back. The staff was SO kind, attentive, and helpful. The property was incredibly gorgeous, and all of the wildlife was magical. I loved how the trolly came every 15 minutes so we could get a quick ride if we needed to. I would give this property and experience a 10/10. THANK YOU !

Let me start by saying when we arrived on Monday, July 1 we found the resort to be beautiful, clean and a very friendly staff. As the week went on, we had so much fun in the various activities provided by the entertainment staff. Juan, Ana, and Sandy were excellent. They had us up and moving all day long. As the week went on, we heard that the hurricane watch approaching. This put me in a slight panic and went straight to Edgar the concierge. I had lots of questions and he reassured me that...
