「Clean」

「I was very disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, the walls had visible mildew, and several of the towels provided appeared unclean. When we requested clean bedding and covers, staff were unwilling to accommodate our request. Additionally, we were asked to leave the pool area earlier than expected because a convention was scheduled to arrive, despite being paying guests of the property. This made us feel unwelcome and...

「It is showing signs of age, and there are some maintenance issues. The sink in our room was cracked, the furniture is showing wear. It seems to me that it is ready for a remodel. I have stayed there several years and I’ve been very happy with the staff and the hotel. But again has maintenance issues.and ware.」

「Room was clean; AC, TV, and shower worked great and the bed was comfortable. Coffee was fresh and hot in the morning, however, "breakfast" consisted of 2 types of dry cereal, a few slices of white bread (and a toaster) and an open jar of peanut butter. Fortunately, we had gotten donuts on the boardwalk the day before; there's also a Wawa just down the road. Big, nice-looking pool, but we didn't have time to check it out. Overall, nice room for a very reasonable price.」
