「Really enjoyed our stay and was pleasantly surprised. Very close to the main square with lots of shopping and restaurants as well as the ferry stop. It was very confusing to find the building as the end is hidden and is accessed via a narrow hallway and the hotel reception is on the second floor of the building. However breakfast at the restaurant below is lovely and the staff were great. The room overlooking the square are so picturesque but this is a very busy location above a popular ice...

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」
