「The hotel staff were excellent from the time we arrived until we left a week later. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always attentive and happy to help with anything we required. I didn’t realize how to open the metal bar but once I figured it out I enjoyed the balcony. Great location short drive distance from major towns. 「Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Italia am Gardasee! Ein ganz großes Lob an Regina – so herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam sind wir wirklich noch nie empfangen worden. 「Lovely location literally in the heart of Lazise. We opened our curtains and we were overlooking the little quay of the old town, with loads of hustle and bustle. We actually, first night, just opened a bottle and sat looking over the lake, watching the sunset, and listening to the activity - incredibly pleasant.
