「The staff helped us secure the car in the nearby garage which we had to reserve in advance. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very adequate. Cappuccinos were delicious. Great location. Easy to get around.」

「Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage , wir haben das Zimmer mit Blick zum See gebucht . Die Zimmer sind klein Erfüllen ihren Zweck . Wir waren eigentlich nur zum schlafen da. Der Balkon mit den Glasscheiben waren Mega , mein Sohn hatte super Aussicht auf die Straße . Es war eine Flaniermaile für sämtliche Luxus Autos . Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, das Personal sehr sehr freundlich!」

「飯店位置好找，有停車場，對面就是湖，有湖邊散步步道，入住四人房，內有浴缸，但位置在一樓沒有面湖陽台，頂樓有住客可以去的面湖陽台，有健身器材，飯店有私人泳池，早餐挺好吃，步行到老城約20分鐘，服務人員都親切微笑，會主動打招呼關心，英語流暢」

「Staff was great and helpful. The room was clean. Only « issue » is that the bed was split into 2 twin beds which made it hard to cuddle. Definitely worth spending some time there with the pool and a short walk to the waterfront!」

「The location was amazing! Such a cute little area! The staff was really helpful and they helped arrange a shuttle from the parking lot to the hotel. The only thing to prepare for is the small rooms and limited amenities. Also in the pictures it shows a pool but that does not come with the hotel; it is the thermal spa nearby. P.s. You should go on the boat ride tour! It’s so fun! P.p.s. This was written from a child’s perspective!」

「Lovely stay great location for bars restaurants and the ferry terminal. Beautiful view from the balcony. Only complaint about the room was the shelf above the headboard which we did hit our head on a couple of times. Loved the blackout blinds and the room was very quiet with the doors closed. Loved the included breakfast. The staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend.」
