「趣味の良いアンティーク家具の置かれた部屋で、広々として清潔感もあり、快適でした。個人経営なので、オーナーの趣味が強く表れているように思います。オーナーにはとても親切にしていただきました。アネモネの花咲く庭での朝食は、半袖では少し寒かったのですが、おいしく頂くことができました。観光名所のある市街地からは少し離れていますが、サンゼノ寺院までは歩いて数分、カステロヴェッキオ橋までは10分程度で立地的にもとてもよかったと思います。周りにはレストランも多く、食事の場所を探すのには困りませんでした。」

Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. 「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

The hosts, Luisa and Elisa were amazing and had amazing communication pre-arrival and during our stay. We would definitely stay again.」
