「We were worried about this hotel being a bit out of the way but we were so wrong - it’s in a great location, walkable to the key areas of Verona. The staff were always super friendly and quickly assisted with any queries. Breakfast was nice every day, albeit same each day. The room was a good size and had everything we needed, nice and clean. 「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」
