Fabulous huge corner room overlooking the river. Friendly staff, excellent and safe offsite parking two minute walk from the hotel. Perfectly located to most important sites in the city.

If you don't need a bar or restaurant (we don't), this is a perfect place. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed (we needed the air-conditioning, which worked a treat), and very clean. The staff on reception are superb: extremely helpful, friendly, with very good English. And wonderful views from the roof terrace!

This was my second stay in this hotel as this is a good location within walking distance to the sights. Excellent rooms with free coffee / drinks on each level. Staff also more than helpful with questions and suggestions. Overall more than happy to recommend the Lady Verona hotel !!

I would give it a 4.6, but It was hard to find the reception desk because it was on the first floor which in Europe is actually the second floor and it’s a hotel in the sense that it rents rooms, but the building is mixed use, so it’s more like a pensione. It was otherwise great. Clean, updated rooms with cool artwork and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Great location, nice room and clean. Although there was a check in time slot, and we adjusted our schedules to arrive during that time, there was no one there. We received the instructions via WhatsApp on how to get in, and they were ok to follow. However, we missed the expected human touch at the arrival.
