What a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated with every thought to comfort provided. Julia was a fantastic host and made our stay very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

A Gem in Verona

What a delight it was to stay at Le Merope Guest House! It was beautifully decorated, wonderfully clean, and felt brand new, even after being open for five months. Juliet, the host, was extremely welcoming and a perfect example of what a good host should be. She handled every request with a warm, friendly, and polite manner, making our stay effortless. The guest house's location is also fantastic, just a short walk from key attractions like the Verona Arena, the Roman Theatre, and Piazza Bra. I am already looking forward to my next visit to Verona to spend more time relaxing in this wonderful guest house.

They have literally thought of everything with this property. From providing detailed instructions on how to get there to all the facilities including slippers, dressing gowns, steamer, all the toiletries you could need, thick fluffy towels, you name it! It’s also in a super convenient location a stones throw from the Arena du Verona (colosseum). Unfortunately we had a bad night sleep as we could’ve done with a duvet rather than a sheet (throws are provided though) and the mattress didn’t suit us but other than that is was perfect

We had fantastic weather during our stay. The opera was stunning. Our accommodation was very close to the arena, in the city center. Our reserved room was beautifully clean. Towels, bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush, shower gel, disposable razor, kettle, tea, coffee, everything was available to us. The owner lady was charming and helpful with us. I can recommend it to everyone. My partner and I had a great time.

Lovely present

The property and location is perfect. There was an issue initially with there been a mistake with the booking and realised it had been booked for 1 instead of two. We were told by the hotel that there would have been additional fee of €90 Europe. We were grateful to hotel for waivering the fee as it made no sense as it was the same room. There was also an issue with our WiFi not working. We contacted the team and was told that the other guests were fine and that support said it was all fine. It felt quite condescending until we screenshot all the steps we undertook to show that it want working. We were sent another log in which worked! As it was our anniversary it would have been a nice touch to have something in the room to acknowledged it(even just a little note). Overall the property was very clean and close to everything.

We have been touring Italy for a week or so now and this is our fourth property, the first I have reviewed because it was so good, I mean really good.... We stayed for two nights and I couldn't be happier. Sometimes you walk into a place and just go Wow! This is one of those places. It's super clean, it even smells clean but in a good way! Super soft towels, slippers bath robes an Rituals products, its not a guest house it's a spa. The air con worked and was set to 24 degrees just perfect, I didn't need to touch it and have to pray it would bring down the temperature, just right. The bathroom was super, twin sinks wonderful shower, marble tiles just beautiful. The bed was comfy and slept really well. No noise from the street. Communications from the team were brilliant. Early bag drop and late bag collection meant we could enjoy the most Verona has to offer. As for location, right in the heart of it, 10 mins by bus from the railway station, right by the arena and pretty much 10 mins to any of the top attractions. Would I stay again, most definitely yes. Simply spot on

4 night stay in Verona

The studio accommodation was large and well appointed. It was a delight to stay there. As we were attending two events at the Arena, it's close proximity was extremely convenient, it's just a 2 to 3 minute walk. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

We love La Merope suit! It was perfect for the three of us. The place was very clean, bathroom with a lot of lights and also with a lot of amenities. Love the decoration on the room, really spacious, and AC works perfectly. Juliet the host was very friendly, her instructions very clear, and she always reply fast. The place is nearby by the arena. Everything is walkable.

I was so pleased to have found this wonderful place! Bright, airy, super clean and all the facilities top drawer. Salon standard hairdryer a bonus along with the Rituals products. Staff so incredibly helpful and gave us super recommendations for the best restaurants. Location a stones throw away from the centre, but still quiet. Would totally recommend! Perfect!

Ruhig und mitten im Zentrum

Die Kommunikation mit dem La Merope war via WhatsApp sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Es gab ein kl. Video für die Anreise - alles sehr gut erklärt. Das Zimmer sieht aus wie der Erstbezug und es war trotz unmittelbarer Zentrumnähe sehr ruhig. Tolle Regendusche und RITUALS Pflegeprodukte. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.
