「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「It was a beautiful quiet spot and walkable to the shopping area and local interest spots. We enjoyed the little courtyard outside. Our room was like a little apartment and ample in size. The bathroom was sufficient, although the shower was small. Friendly staff. In general I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.」

「The rooms are basic but clean, with lots of towels in the room and good amenities. The restaurant is fantastic as well as the pool area. 25 min walk into bardolino and 15 minutes to the lake. If have accessibility issues this place might not be for you but great otherwise 」
