「Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean but don’t leave any sugar drinks or food out! We did have ants but it’s expected on a property close to the water/mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had plenty of options. The coffee and croissants were fantastic! Also bikes were free and paddle boards were 10$ which we took advantage of and were a nice touch for our stay. The hotel isn’t walking distance to much but the bus/trolly stop was right...

「Nice hotel in a good location. About 30 minute walk into Bardolino. We traveled with a newborn baby and the hotel was well equipped and baby very welcomed by all of the staff. Pool is lovely and no shortage of beds any time of day when we stayed. We stayed b&b, lots of selection at breakfast. 「Gegen das Hotel ist an sich nichts einzuwenden, aber: -der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig! Selbst nach Rückfrage an der Rezeption bzgl. des Einfahrtstickets, erhielten wir keine Information hierzu. Ein netter Security Mitarbeiter bei der Einfahrt hat uns dann das 3 Tagesticket um 12 Euro empfohlen, da man sonst für jede Ausfahrt aus dem Parkplatz 4 Euro zahlen muss -Kein kinderfreundliches Pool: man darf nur mit Badehaube schwimmen (Kosten 7,50 an der Poolbar), man darf nicht ins...

「Das Personal war freundlich und stets bemüht. Das Zimmer war einigermaßen sauber, allerdings funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Zudem ließ sich die Terrassentür nicht richtig abschließen. Insgesamt stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht – dafür war der Aufenthalt zu teuer. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen.」
