Convenient location and facilities

The hotel is conveniently located, close to downtown, transportation and shops. The place has a kitchen available for guests, which was a money-saver for our family. You need to be a bit independent and tech savvy to stay here as there is very little human contact. You let yourself in and check yourself out. The rooms are basic but clean.

We enjoyed an excellent stay near the old town and arena. For those who prefer to buy food at a grocery one was conveniently located. The facility had in room and kitchen facilities. For those who enjoy small neighborhood restaurants there were quite a few. Our room had a terrace and the facility had a separate terraced area. All in all it was a pleasant stay at a very affordable cost.

Great Hotel!

Friendly staff at Verona Enjoy, very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and there was a patio area and a shared kitchen for guests to use. A good location, only a 15-20 minute walk into the Arena. Would definitely recommend staying at Verona Enjoy!

Excellent hotel in the centre of Verona

A great hotel in the centre of Verona. A ten minute walk from the main train station and 15 minutes from the Arena. The hotel was clean, easy to find and they even let us check in early! The only negative was we could hear upstairs' footsteps and chairs etc move.

The beds were so comfortable and great location. Loved the fact that they allowed us to leave our luggage for the afternoon even after we checked out. The walls are very thin however and you could hear everything. But we still enjoyed our stay very much.

Comfortable place in a nice area

Everything was very nice, big bed, clean room, modern facilities. Please be aware, room is not really soundproof you might hear cars on the street pr your neighbor but overall we had a very nice stay. Staffs were super kind and friendly.

Lovely place to stay in Verona

Very friendly welcome, super quick checkin. Room was very clean with a big bathroom and very comfortable and large bed - great for tall people like me. There was done noise from other guests in communal areas at night and walls thin to next room. Perfect location - close to station and arena. Great shared kitchen.

We had a pleasant stay at Verona Enjoy Hotel! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. One of the highlights was the veranda, which was a lovely spot to relax and unwind after exploring the city. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. The check-in process was completely contactless, yet incredibly smooth and efficient. A special shout-out to Giorgia at the front desk! She was absolutely amazing! Even with the contactless setup, she made herself available and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. Her warm and helpful attitude made a real difference in our stay. All in all, Verona Enjoy Hotel was a great choice and we’d happily stay here again!

Perfect easy stay, close to Verona! It’s no more than a 20 minute walk from the centre and the same distance to the train station. The room was more than spacious enough and was spotless. One of the most easy checking-in process I’ve had and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back :)

Good location;excellent gelato opposite

We booked a standard double room. As suggested by the name, it was standard – simple but functional. The windows overlooked a busy street but the double-glazed windows blocked out most of the noise. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The a/c in the room was excellent and there was plenty of hot water. Wifi was occasionally a bit patchy. The reception desk and hotel rooms are located one floor above ground level with no lift. You need to be able to man-handle your luggage up a steep flight of stairs. Staff on the reception desk were helpful and welcoming. For example, when we revealed that we were going to the opera in the old Roman arena, reception lent us cushions. If you like to spend time at a hotel, outside your room, you may like to know that Verona Enjoy’s amenities – outdoor terrace, communal lounge area and kitchen – are a bit drab. The outdoor terrace was grubby and had to cope with the hot air exhaust coming from the a/c units. The communal lounge area was just a couch plonked next to the reception desk. The kitchen, which wasn’t particularly inviting, had limited amenities but I think it would be possible to prepare a basic meal. The hotel is well located with most sights in easy walking distance. Wonderful gelato at Gelateria La Romana diagonally opposite the hotel.

The accommodation is in a great location for the train station and airport, and about 30 mins walk from the leaning tower. It felt like a safe area. The self-check-in process was new for me but Michele gave very clear instructions for entry to the property. I think this was the nicest room we had in our 2 weeks in Italy. It was spotlessly clean (the room and the bedding) and very comfortable. Michele was a great host and very helpful. We owe him and the cleaner a huge gratitude for their great accommodation, and also for their heroic efforts to help us when we arrived at the airport and found my daughter had left her passport in the room!
