The hotel, including rooms and common areas, was exceptionally clean and furnished to a high standard. The staff were all friendly, in particular the housekeeping team who did a brilliant job with a smile every day. The hotel is well located for a number of areas around Lake Garda. Would absolutely stay again.

Lovely hotel. Staff at the desk were lovely and extremely helpful as we did get ants coming in and they resolved it straight away. Breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection. You would need a car to get around as the closest town was around a 50 minute walk. They have a large car park which was helpful. We did eat one evening there and we were a little disappointed with the service as they kept forgetting us. Overall it was a lovely stay and would recommend

Lovely hotel, eat elsewhere. Clean, friendly.

Beautiful hotel, nice location, very welcoming staff who spoke some English and very accommodating. The spa was being renovated and therefore made it very confusing to know what we could use or how to access. There were no redirection signs which meant we didn’t find use of it until our last day. Also the spa staff couldn’t help as they didn’t understand English. When we did get into the spa we went to the sauna and a gentleman who didn’t seem professionally dressed asked us if we were to stay in the sauna we would need to remove our swimwear and go nude so we quickly left the spa as we didn’t feel comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and very great location! The food choices were minor, very expensive and not very filling so we went to some near by places which were fairly priced and very nice. The breakfast was certainly disappointing. Very dry as though had been left or from the day before but can say it seemed to be out of season as there was a lot out for the minimum people.

Hotel was great for a four nights stay. Location is a little outside from Lazise city center, but hotel provides free shuttle a few times a day to Lazise, otherwise car or bike (can be rented) would be required. Shuttle opportunity is great for shopping and going to restaurants. Staff is great & really friendly.

We had a great week here. Great locations. Great facilities. It's a couple miles for Lazise so I would recommend a rental car, but I would recommend that for Lake Garda anyway as there is so much to see! It's near a really good water park too so my child was very happy! Would recommend this place.

Simone and general manager were both as helpful and polite as they could be. Other receptionist very rude and wouldn’t acknowledge our existence. One in particular had a face that said “don’t approach me”. Very unwelcoming. We stayed for three nights and the bed linen / towels were not changed once. They gave us two tea bags in our room and never topped them up. We had to keep going to reception. It was very odd. The walls are thin… we sadly were woken up by a barking dog one morning and other noises during the night. And the bed… not the comfy one. If you want to go and get food in Lazise it’s about a 40 min walk each way. The hotel wouldn’t let us keep our rental bikes after 18:30… so a lot of walking if you don’t have a car and don’t want to eat at hotel.

Enttäuschend..ich war früher gerne und oft in dem Hotel als es noch nicht ein Leonardo Hotel war. Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Das Personal ist höflich und zuvorkommend. Der einzige positive Aspekt. Frühstuck war nicht sehr qualitätvoll, das Obst war teilweise verschimmelt und Omelett und Spiegelei müssen extra bezahlt werden. Hier wird definitiv am falschen Ende gespart. Der Spa Bereich ist angeblich erst ab 16 Jahren, als wir da waren waren Kinder im Pool, die reingesprungen sind und laut waren. Erholungswert Null. Es war sehr kalt in dem Zimmer, da das Hotel erst ab November die Heizung anmacht. Das war mein letzter Besuch in dem Hotel.

Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, modern und sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, jedoch fanden wir den Preis für ein Spiegelei von 7 € und für ein Omelett von 8 € zu teuer. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch, vor allem Giulia und Simone. Erholung ist im Spa- und Poolbereich garantiert. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen
