The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and appointed well. The breakfast is exceptional with a variety of bread, meat, cheese, eggs, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea and juices.

Hotel is in ideal location, just 10 mins walk to city centre/arena and 10 mins to train station in opposite direction, standard buffet breakfast with gluten-free options if you need, room was clean though still used an old fashioned key for entry though I think this is in the process of being upgraded to card system . Staff were friendly and are really helpful, would stay here again

this is a modern well situated hotel with very good facilities in terms of breakfast area and quality of the rooms. The rooms were very well decorated with some excellent electronic features which allowed opening and closing of blinds and selection of lighting. The bathroom was a good size an stylish.

The property was clean and the staff was helpful. The beds were hard and light came through the window. There was no way to cover the light through the sheer curtain. The wifi did not work well. It was easy to get to the City center.

We booked a juniorsuite with extra bed in a separate building building located next to the hotel. It is part of the hotel you feel free This is like a small appartment with all comfort you need to have a relaxing stay : large bedroom - perfect bathroom - own kitchenette . Breakfast is served in the hotel itself and is excellent. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This place deserves a 10

This is a good hotel, the Team provides very good service, the facilities are fine and even if they are a little dated, they are well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is fine. The Wi-Fi is temperamental and the front desk Team are particularly helpful. I like this hotel I would come back.

We stayed 2 nights but had different rooms as they could not book the same room for 2 consecutive nights. Both rooms were nice however the second nights room was twice as big. Strange since the first night was more expensive. Both rooms were well appointed. The first nights room had a walk in shower the next night a shower over the tub. Nice breakfast.
