Nice, clean hotel with a couple of good restaurants nearby. Difficulty with the heating and cooling of the room; had to leave the window open to cool it - could not control the temperature. It was winter time so AC was not required it was a matter of less heating. I lost our room key and, according to the hotel rules, it is a 30 Euro charge for a new, plastic room key. This is not noted when booking the hotel but is a policy on a sheet of paper at check-in. 30 Euros for a plastic card is ridiculous. No other hotel anywhere charges for a replacement card. Fortunately, the hotel agreed to waive the charge but it should never have been an issue.

Great location , easy to go to town and train station . Peaceful surrounding and safe . Takes about 8 min to train station from where you can go to various places . We visited Lake Garda 2 days in row . Best was Riva del Garda . Train to Rovereto costs about 6 euro and bus from there to Lake about 2.40 . Great day out and comfortable return by Ferry to Limone ( brief stop) and ferry to Desenzano and train back to Ark.

Great to stay

Very closed to the Central station. You can see the sign of the hotel on your left top after walking from the station for a few minutes. It is clean and the staff is kind and supportive. Then gave us the map and guidance how to explore the city. I really recommend to stay here !

The hotel is in a convenient location. It’s easy to access the train station and within a walking distance to the city. The hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast has a good range of selection. The staff at the front speak good English and are all willing to help. Would recommend it without reservation.

The room needs renovation. The bathroom covered with mold, sanitary wares are old and look not very tidy. There is a smell of mold in the room and the air conditioning didn’t work during our stay. There is no shower gel in the bathroom, only soap. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of products. The location is very convenient: about 10 minutes walk from the central station.

Very helpful reception staff breakfast staff were very efficient. Good breakfast which was suitable for all diets. Italians don't drink milk in their tea so they don't supply in the rooms, asked for milk at reception and was provided. Rooms weren't cleaned daily but towels changed
