Staff were excellent and very friendly, really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Only two minor negatives to speak of: - The shower was old-fashioned and very weak - tea and coffee in the room was only replenished once in the entire week we were there. Overall we had an excellent stay, great location right by the lake (had a balcony with a lake view), would happily recommend this hotel.

Just one night to visit friends but the staff was so helpful. Your room overlooked the lake and the rooftop balcony is so nice.. great breakfast too!

We stayed as a family of 3 with a baby Breakfast options were excellent. Great balcony view overlooking Lake Garda, very clean and friendly staff. So convenient to the train and ferries for transport to Sirmione, Garda, Peschiara del Garda, Venice and Verona. All great day trips. Desenzano itself also a great wee place. Would stay again!

Efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was excellent. Situated at the quiet end of Desenzano but within easy walk of many restaurants. The room we had was basic but very clean and comfortable.

Great location. Amazing view from balcony. Reception staff, dining staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping superb standard- bed was really comfy! Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. Only issue was how thin the walls were. You could hear your neighbours conversations and even them using the bathroom. Did not sleep very well due to this issue.

The property is conveniently located in the main area of Desanzano Del Garda. It is a two minute walk to a really great beach and under 10 minutes walking to the main city Square with all of the restaurants and bars and shops. Also, just a five minute taxi to the train station. The room was air-conditioned and at night, even though a busy area. It was still very quiet. The view from the balcony overlooking the lake was incredible gorgeous sunset and sunrise.

Staff friendly & helpful, room & dining area bright & well furnished. Beautiful outlook across lake from dining room & balcony, nice to have good standard patio furniture on balcony. Breakfast very good with lots of options. Easy walk from train station, but we did take a taxi back as slightly uphill & a warm day. Lovely walks into town or lakeside, plenty of dining options.
