"The check in process was a mess. They had tons of self check in kiosks, but had a new system that wasn’t working efficiently causing delays in checking in and getting a key. When I finally found a staff member to help, they seemed very overwhelmed as they were understaffed at the registration desk. The staff was really nice, but definitely understaffed. There were tons of guests waiting for keys for a long. "

"The property as a building is fine. The seeage smell is awful. Our room did not have hotmwater unless you let it run for at least 10 minutes. We did have to move rooms due to the smell coming in the air conditioner. It. Was. Awful!"

"I was put in the wrong room when we arrived and the AC was broken. They had to replace the whole unit. The next day I was placed in the correct room. I wanted a discount because I stayed in a lesser room one night but was given a voucher for the buffet. The correct room was much better. No coffee maker in the room though! "
