Dissatisfaction with the room service during my recent stay. The room has developed an unpleasant odor, and despite my repeated requests, room service has not attended to my room for the entirety of my four-day, three-night stay.
I have approached the front desk on three separate occasions to request room service, and each time I was assured that the service would be provided. Unfortunately, these assurances were not followed through, and my room remained unserviced. This lack of attention has significantly impacted the comfort of my stay.
