"There was too much instability as far as having to switch rooms multiple times after being told I would not have to. The transportation shuttle from DisneyWorld never showed up the first day and left early the next day. Although he did make a U-turn after I called and inquired about his location, you do not leave early and then had the audacity to have an attitude with me and told me if I’m not at the stop in 5 minutes, then he is leaving. I was given the wrong location of my room twice. So I was walking around aimlessly looking for my room for 15 minutes…twice. There was a fire alarm the last night there. I understand that was circumstantial and you can’t control the actions of hundreds of people all at once. It was just an inconvenience to have my children out in the cold for 45 minutes. My towels and wash clothes were never replaced, my wife found hair in the bathroom, and the towels were dirty from the start. I had to wash them myself. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, I just expected a lot more from 4-star resort. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Soha was a bright spot though. She did everything she could to help with improving my experience and I really appreciate her for it. It was a 2-star experience for me. "

"Room was pretty clean, staff was kind . Pool area was great, and some other amenities for my kids to take in. "

"We requested pillows and a blanket for the sofa bed, and were told they would arrive within 10 minutes. It ended up taking over an hour—and only after we called again to follow up. When they finally came, they brought just two pillows and no blanket. The staff member said he would return with the blanket, but never did. Overall, a very disappointing experience."

"Room was large, clean, and well kept. Pool area also clean with plenty of pool chairs available. Gym had some decent cardio equipment, but lacking free weights. Overall, a great stay!"
