"Clean room and friendly staff"

"The staff were great! I loved the fact you get complimentary drinks including from bar. I was busy for my daughter’s birthday so I didn’t get to enjoy it. The pool area looked nice and fun. We only came to sleep for Disney and shuttle there. So I didn’t get to enjoy the hotel like I wanted so I will definitely have to book again. The most important thing that caught me was how helpful the staff were. Check in was quick and easy the front desk staff my day of arrival were great 3/14/2026 7pm!!! And I must say I’ve stayed at a lot of places around Orlando over the years, and they brought stuff to my room within 5-10 mins. The room was pretty clean. One small issue I seen nothing major to make a complaint about. Great property and area! "

"Due to an airline mess, we were stranded in FL and scrambled to get lodging. This hotel was so accommodating and the staff completely de-stressed us. We have stayed before on a trip that was not affected by flight delays/cancellations. It was good then, but this stay was even better. "

"Overall, my stay was decent. My shower was not cleaned as throughly as possible — there was still hair hanging from the walls. I requested more body wash twice and was waiting for about 30 minutes before I had to find a housekeeper and ask for some. The pool area was very nice and my bed was very comfortable. Would recommend for a quick getaway. "

"Nice rooms and great location. Java, coffee cafe in the Swan, had friendly staff and quick service. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. $40/night for parking was a little too expensive. "
