"my group had a good time, the pool was warm, which came in handy. then the rooms were set up really nice. the only thing is my pillow had black ink of some sort on them. "

"Overall we had a nice stay. Staff were friendly, overall amenities were clean and the view from our room was beautiful! The resort is just a bit outdated and you could tell renovations are due. The AC in our room was a bit odd because the bedroom was separate from where most of the air was blowing in the living room. So it lacked some circulation. "

"Parking was inconvenient as the lot was being resealed and striped and laundry. Inconvenient getting towels from front desk every morning."

"Our original room was not so good. Opened the door. It smelled like pot. It was old, outdated. No balcony. Guest check in switched our room out. That room was very nice. Recently updated, still no balcony. Remodeling was not a welcome sight or SOUND. Parking lot blocked, noise was horrible. The drunken parrot bar was surprise . "

"I have been an annual guest for over ten years and have always enjoyed my stay. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The resort has great accommodations and amenities. Very spacious and clean. In walking distance to eateries, gift shops, and recreational facilities. "

"They gave me the wrong room which was not what i had booked which was an old room, then gave me the wrong room with bed sizes it was suspose to be a queen but it was a full size.. Everything was terrible!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and easy to get information. Breakfast was served on time every morning. A simple breakfast of eggs and sausage. I would return to the hotel on our next holiday."
