「Well, the room was nice, great view…however, hot water was hard to come by…shower was cool/luke warm for 2 days…no answer from the office, the phone rings, then tells you there’s no one answering. I had to go to the office and tell them about the situation (and my tv remote had dead batteries). About 2 hours later, a custodian arrived with my batteries…no mention of lack of hot water on his sheet. Other than that, which was remedied on day 3 of 5, the room had all the amenities of a kitchen,...

「Nothing in the room. Not electric kettle, not microwave, not personal kit in bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, shower, toothpaste, brush teeth), not include breakfast」

「Buen lugar familiar solo que están en remodelación y es un poco complicado el acceso, lo que sí no me gustó fue que me dieron las agitaciones en el piso 1 y avía mucho movimiento de construcción segunda cosa que no me gustó que no fueron a cambiar las toallas de la habitación y eso que mi estancia fue por tres días, pero fuera de eso el ambiente muy bueno y muy buen lugar para los niños」

「The first room we were put in had broken AC. They knew and still put me in it. Then did Not wanna refund saying I didn't report it. I didn't need to they had a repair men coming in while I'm in there. Finally got a new room 2nd day in and a small refund last day. It took a lot of time from my mother daughter trip and ruined our vacation. The ocean access and pool area were awesome though. If your short and young looking be prepared to be asked your age for the hot tub.」

「I don't like that you have to pay $20 for parking for some where are staying and paying not great..」
