"I stay 12 nights in this hotel and have great experience here. I visit Japan twice a year and stay various hotels before. This hotel meets all my expectations especially for the room laundry (my room type), free drinking water for every floor, happy hour for soft drinks in 3F and bathing place in 4F. The location is also very convenient for Kansai travel. The hotel also near big supermarket and sopping stores. Anyway, I do have fun during this periods. Hope to visit again or this hotel in other Japan cities.
