「We were greeted to find that we had been upgraded to a two-bed suite at no extra cost. This was due to the fact that we had our granddaughter with us and there was availability. It was immaculate, the food was great, the bar area was comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Well recommended !」

The spa was simple but clean and beautifully kept with fantastic staff who put us at ease while we were there. I was particularly impressed with the lovely changing area. 「Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall. The spa was really relaxing and well worth it. The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely. The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day.」

「On arrival the radiator wasnt working so the lovely host moved rooms and couldnt do enough to make sure i was ok. Then threw in a couple of free beers. The staff working literally couldnt do enough to help」

「All the staff were very friendly and helpful, since I’m disabled. They helped me up and down the stairs and Owen put our luggage in our rental car. Hannah and Beth were also wonderful, with other help. 」
