"清潔なお部屋でゆっくり過ごすことができました。ありがとうございます。気になったのは、一部フロントスタッフの方の接客でした。無人チェックイン時、システムがフリーズして呼出したのですが誰もこなかったり(スタッフは十分な数のかたがいて、お話しながら往来していました)、少しして近くの方に声をかけても待っていてくださいと素っ気ない態度。なんとか時間をかけてチェックイン完了したら、エレベーターを案内される際に宿泊階を大声で言われたりと、少し配慮に欠けるなと感じました。混み合う時間でたまたまだったと思いますが、ご参考になればと記載させていただきます。"

"We stayed here only a single night and chose the location based on its proximity to Sunshine City, a great place for shopping and dining in Ikebukuro. The staff were helpful, and there was a dedicated counter for shipping luggage to your next hotel."

"Lovely staff and very nice breakfast - the hotel has its own entrance and lift on the ground floor ( next to a covered bus stop) plus it’s only a hop and a skip away from the train station. One small issue was the air con in my room (and air con next to the main lift on my floor) had black spots so they could do with a clean. The cleaning staff look so busy and were always running about i imagine it’s just lack of staff why they might be missed."
