Small compact room. Had all the basics. Didn't use the kitchen, but the shared bathrooms were clean and top notch. Location was awesome, steps to the train with both a coffee shop and pastry shop just around the corner. Would definitely recommend, especially if on a budget.

Great staff but the room is just alright, the price is too high to the quality of the room. I thought it’s budget friendly but maybe because we stayed in high season of Tokyo
I stayed 10 nights here, honestly the room is pretty bare bones but we were just using it as a place to sleep and keep our stuff. Room was clean and had all our necessities private bath (make sure you book a room with one if needed), microwave and stove top and storage space. A short walk away from Nakai Station is a huge plus the area is quite and the SS line is much less busy than some others. 2 station ride gets you to Takadanobaba Station were you can pretty much get anywhere from. Staff were super helpful and kind and ready to get anything to help your stay. If your looking for a place to rest your head in Tokyo I can recommend here.
The location may present a slight challenge for individuals unfamiliar with Tokyo. However, the check-in process was efficient, and the staff graciously extended their hours to accommodate my arrival. The property is conveniently situated adjacent to Nokai Station.
The room was nicely maintainer, and the shower offered excellent water pressure. As a solo female traveler, I felt secure throughout my stay. I would recommend this establishment.
Second time in this hotel. Very quiet area, charming place with restaurants, river, sentos... hotel staff very helpful, clean room and shower. Very good price. I will come again :)

I liked how close it was to the train station, seemed like a quiet and safe place
The location is a short 1 min walk away from the train station and having it be close made our trasit with luggage very straight-forward. The area is quiet and away from the urban areas as well.
It is exactly what we paid for. It's not the most impressive but for its price point I'd say it did its job of meeting our accomodation requirements for our Japan trip.
The room was clean and spacious, great for a group of six people. The hotel is near the Nakai station so it wasn’t too difficult to travel. The hotel is also near foodchains and some restaurant, and convenience stores, there’s also a nearby ATM and vendos.
Low cost, clean and comfortable.
Nice staff and very kind.
Convenience as its closed to train station.

The property is close to transportation and food places. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Kang-san make a delicious gim bap.
However the floor in the room needs to be cleaned better especially under the beds and table. Also the shower floor needs to be scrubbed.

The property is simple but it fits the needs you have. It is clean as far as staff is concerned. It is a hostel so you can't account for what other guests do. The convenience is worth the price.
Very nice place, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, well located next to Nakai Station and in a pleasant area with a bakery nearby and canal leading to some greenery in form of a park. Had to pay extra for them to keep my luggage a few hours after check-out

Basic room review.
My basic room is exactly this. The aesthetics are not pleasing, but it provides a small space to rest and unpack your bag. Shared toilet and shower.
It is quiet, very clean, and the check-in and staff experience was faultless.
Coin laundry and dryer available onsite.
The facility is pretty run down. There is a door hanging between our room to the next room. It was accidentally fell down during our stay. Don't feel very safe.

The train line was not so much convinient but near from station. The host was kind enogh to keep my bag before check in . But while I stay I had my nose running and could not sleep enough because I have allergy for house dust and it doesn't matched for me .but the shower room was in my room and the price was cheep so overall this is reasonable accommodation.

For the price, this hotel is great.
It is located right next, literally a block away, to Nakai Station, which is 2 stops away from the Yamanote Line. We had no problem getting around Tokyo from this station.
The room represented the price. It is not fancy, but it totally works. The bathroom is tiny, but very functional.
The only negative things i noticed were that the bed sheets had stains on them (even though they were washed, it seemed like old stains that won’t go away), there was dust on the top of some amenities and the walls were super thin. We could hear our room neighbour snore. Oh and the toilet doesn’t have a bidet like modern Japanese toilets usually do.
The bed was comfy, but on the softer side. The air conditioner works well and the fridge too. The hair dryer was nice and quiet.
Little tip: in order to dry shower towels, hang them on the shower’s curtain bar in order to dry them with the bathroom fan. They won’t dry if you hang them in the room.
Overall my boyfriend and I enjoyed this hotel. Perfect for people on a budget!
The staff is very nice and helpful.
Nothing shinjuku about this property. Probably the worst hotel ive stayed at. It felt like a prefab structure.
Anyone off the street could just walk up to your hotel room door. Theres no corridors and rooms like a normal hotel. The rooms are outside inside a glorifed garage.
The room was horrible and dirty. It was not maintained well. It had hairs in the shower (which also had no shower curtain and was coming from a pipe from the sink tap).
Leftover shower gel still in the bathroom. I wasnt even sure if the towels were clean.
My heart sank when i first seen the room. Looks nothing like the pictures. On top of that, the walls were thin and i could hear a group of people laughing for hours.
I was booked in for the final 2 days of my 3 week trip in japan. But i left after 1 day. I couldnt subject myself to the torture of this room and risk ending my amazing trip on such a sour note.
The only positives were that the surrounding area was quite nice and quaint and i was allowed to check in earlier than 15:00.
Avoid this place.
Great place! I loved that I could come and go freely. Super convenient location. Nakai station is a 1 minute walk, and 7-Eleven or FamilyMart are just 2 minutes away. Easy access to everything. Would definitely stay again.

The capsules were in a dark area, but it was warm. The shower was good. Under the bed it was very dirty. The kitchen area was convenient, but cold. It was good I could wash and dry my clothing.
