"Even though this was a budget hotel, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bedding looked like it hadn’t been washed- stains all over. There were bugs crawling all over the bed and floor. Bathroom had a massive hole in the ceiling and was not clean. Very disappointing stay. "

Look at the pictures (which look great) and imagine what it will look like 15 years or so later unmaintained and little cleaned,. Imagine any hotel, nightmares you can think of, and you’ll find them in this hotel. "Hotel not very clean especially the toilet , cockroach can be seen around the floor , air conditioning are not adjustable , the only good things the staff willing to cooperate and the hot water working very well. And also Oyo and Expedia are giving the worst service especially about system management , a lot of problem happened during my check in because of system the problem especially about the price. If you looking for hotel to stay for a few days or holiday , i wouldn't not recommend it ."

"Room is cleas, staff is very helpful & friendly. no charges for extra bed. but unfortunately there is no kettle in room. have to take hot water at 1st floor. overall ok & worth the price."

"Clean, good air conditioning. Rooms separated by thin partitions with gap near the ceiling. Noise may be an issue, but other guests were well behaved during my 6 night stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ipoh Hotel Santorini! Highlights: • The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Special thanks to the young Indian lady at the reception (sorry we didn’t catch your name) — she was amazing and very accommodating. • We booked a room for 5 pax, which was a joint room with a shared bathroom. The facilities were very complete — kettle, hair dryer, towels, and more. The bed and linen were nice, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and my parents really enjoyed it. • There’s also a pool for guests to enjoy, and the property’s Santorini-inspired design is absolutely charming. Overall: A great place to stay in Ipoh — clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and with fantastic service. Highly recommended!"
