"The best hotel I’ve ever stay! I walked in and it felt directly out of a magazine! SO beautiful. Plus an amazing coffee shop and restaurant across the street. Can’t wait to come back to Kansas City and stay again. "

"We loved our stay at the Truitt. We were passing through on a cross country drive, so we wished we had even more time to enjoy the hotel and surrounding area. Incredibly comfortable bed and lovely decor. Already wanting to go back!"
Hotel Westport Kansas City, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"We loved our 2 night stay here. It’s an easy walk to a bunch of stuff to do in Westport. We saw a concert at the warehouse on Broadway and were able to walk there and back without any trouble. The hotel is very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, the decor had a good vibe. We know we had some loud kids next door to us.. but could never hear them while inside our room, so it must be well insulated! The shower was hot and had good pressure. We will be back to stay again! Hampton Inn & Suites Kansas City-Country Club Plaza

"Great area of Kansas City! Nice neighborhood and in the middle of all the attractions our family was visiting. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating!"
"The Aida hotel is exactly as described- a peaceful, comfortable hotel within walking distance to either the plaza or Westport, and amazing art museums literally outside your front door. From the moment you walk in, you are surrounded by well curated art pieces, carefully selected furniture and an atmosphere of luxury. The owners were very responsive with a few minor requests- I’d had back surgery and needed extra pillows- they were there when we returned to our room nicely placed on the freshly made bed. The grounds are lovely, with beautiful landscaping and a small pond/bird bath that provides a sense of solitude despite being in the middle of everything!
You are greeted with Donsuemor madeleines and Nespresso coffee in the “common” area on the first floor in the morning, with apples that appear to be picked or chosen from a local market, and each evening there is an unassuming bottle of prosecco with small glasses for you to imbibe. All very lovely touches that add a flair of hospitality.
The rooms are lovely, with darkening shades and VERY comfortable mattresses and pillows. As mentioned after back surgery a few weeks prior I was nervous, but with a pillow to support my knees I slept like a baby! They provide sound machines, the doors have sound-stopping door runners and it is so peaceful. No slamming doors, elevator dings or sounds of loud kids running down the halls. That being said, this is NOT kid-friendly. My husband and I would absolutely come back as a couple."
