「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」

「The owners were very accommodating. Luci lent to me a backpack, bu repellent, sun screen, and even books to read. The bed was comfortable. The room was huge. A large water dispenser was provided with water. The view from the room and long balcony was fabulous. The friendly macaw made my stay very special and memorable in a good way. 「The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. 「I have stayed many times at various units in Pinnacle 220. It is always a pleasure with great staff and any help when needed. Close to everything in the Romantic Zone. You can easily walk the Malecón from just below Pinnacles to the downtown plaza with many great restaurants close by. A beautiful place to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool has a view of Vallarta and the beautiful sunsets.」

「This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often.
