「I stayed in the Family Selection and liked how close to the pool and The Nest restaurant we were. The food was great every time we ate breakfast, lunch or dinner there. All the restaurants we ate at were good overall, depending on what you ordered. The butler service was the best perk ever. Josue, Moises and Isaias were all incredible. They really went above and beyond to help us and provided top notch service. The complimentary sun shirts for our 13 year olds was a life saver (skin saver!)...

「Amazing ocean views from our room. Ideal sunsets every night. View for fireworks off the pirate ship. Staff was so nice, accommodating, helpful on directions, arranging cabs, and local food spots. Property was very clean and our rooms were also kept clean! Daily breakfast was served and we were able to pick any items off the menu. Rooftop had a pool and bar where you could order snacks and drinks. Walking distance to the Malecon 」

「My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. 」

「Todo muy bien ...he viajado a muchas franquicias y es muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos ..habia muchos comentarios negativos antes del viaje por otros clientes ,pero tambien hay que entender que hay formas de pedir , apoyar a los empleados con propinas , ellos tratan de hacer lo mejor y ese extra es justo ... hay temas para mejor como todo, hagan un mejor canal de comunicacion cliente- hotel , eso dara muchos datos para ir mejorando ...pero en general SI REGRESO ..」

「Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five.」
