Velas Vallarta Suites Resort All Inclusive
Rooms are nice and clean. Staff does a great job with the upkeep. Looks like the complex was a condo/timeshare. The dining is minimal but they do a great job grilling around the beach.

The Room has some old details (issues). I've paid for 4 person but everything was setup for 2 people so I need to ask for extra water and towels (they didn't charged for it).
