We enjoyed our stay in our clean hotel room at Los Picos. Staff were friendly. The restaurant has great food but just needs to address the wasps that come around. One got in my coffee and I took a swig and it stung the roof of my mouth! Luckily I am not allergic and pain went away fairly soon. We like that we can go in a pool or on the beach. We also felt safe. Our AC worked well. Only 3 English TV channels but that’s ok. The rooms are small but not an issue when you are out most of the day. We hope to be back!

Beautiful setting but a distance from restaurants in Bucerias. Our reservation was wrong and it took two days to move to another room with a fridge and coffee pot. Rarely hot water in the shower. The restaurant on site was average but closed at 8.

The room was great would highly recommend Los Picos The view from our deck was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating and the pools were always close to being empty I will definitely be staying there again. The price was very good and affordable when you look at what you get it was beyond expectations

The resort it self was ok . The room was terrible, the only window was 12” across and about 3 ‘ high. It was unsecured and unlocked at ground level for 2 days . When they fixed it they screwed it shut! Room was very small not even a place to put suitcases.we had to take a chair from around the pool into the room for luggage and a place to sit . I asked everyday for the first 8 days of our stay for an upgrade and also offered to pay , they would not even consider it ,told no every time! If you stay here never stay in the hotel side with the water slide ! Rooms ALL suck! Extremely disappointed.

Check in was brutal. When we arrived at our assigned room - after first being taken to the wrong room - we discovered there was a leak in the ceiling by the air conditioner. We asked for a different room but were told none were available. We had to wait for a couple of hours while the maintenance guy repaired the leak and the water was cleaned up, There were 4 of us staying in the room. Had to ask for a larger coffee pot(which we had to find a creative way to work because it had the wrong size pot) and more coffee. Only 2 cups so again had to ask for cups. Also didn't have enough towels for 4 people so constantly had to ask for towels and face cloths and toilet paper. Coffee maker and cups were never cleaned by staff. Sliding door did not lock.

The view from our 6th floor room was amazing and loved the patio table and chairs on the large deck - as well as the clothes rack for drying our bathing suits! Staff was super friendly and the breakfast at the beachfront restaurant was excellent! It was about a 15 minute walk along the beach to Centro and the resort was clean, and felt very welcoming! In our room was a large wardrobe, coffee maker, microwave and large mini fridge - everything we needed for our stay! Mucho gracias!!

They didn’t give us the room we booked and refused to make it right so we got a refund from Expedia-minus one night. The bathroom was very rundown & dirty and it took over twenty minutes of running water to get lukewarm water. The pool was missing so many tiles that it looked unkept. The restaurant on the beach was pretty good and had great prices.

Amenities were lacking. Room was clean and nice. Staff were slow and unorganized. No ice machine. We were sent to the cenience store with no way of saving the ice. Not enough water provided in the room. Lovely beds.

The room was advertised as a one queen bed full kitchen. It is not a bed. It is a pull out sofa bed. BIG difference, especially for someone with physical issues and a 10 night stay. The room is also connecting and you can hear EVERYTHING, including your neighbours entire conversation or them using the washroom. They may as well have been in the room with me. Hotel staff were nice. However many requests like a simple wine glass, they were not able to even provide. The restaurant serves wine so this was a simple request. Housekeeping was not consistent as I asked for facecloths and they would be removed each day and not replaced. There was old soap from the previous guests found behind the sink, so housekeeping definitely needs to step up their standards. The floors were never cleaned properly and I had to wear sandals all the time, or be cleaning my feet constantly. The restaurant I was told had good reviews. However the first day they said they were out of cappuccinos, and the 2nd day out of guacamole. After that I did not return. The pools were nice however the temperature needs to be monitored as it was like bath water, and not exactly refreshing. There was plenty of pool loungers. Nice property and far away enough for town that it was quiet at night. However very basic.

We had a clean room, loved the pools especially one by the beach. Loved the pool slide- what a great feature. The restaurant was excellent. I didn't feel as safe as other places because the windows were not real quality. I didn't have a view but got over it since we spent most of our time either wanting privacy or were outside. They could improve their service if they offered water everyday for the rooms AND coffee- at least by the receptionist. But we did get some relaxation in.
