Modern hotel with an elevator!! Room was tight due to king bed but manageable ! Arrange for water taxi thru NINFEA--otherwise it is a 15 minute walk over 4 canals & their bridges. Friendly helpful staff. GREAT location for restaurants and walking around Old Venice!!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was a convenient surprise. Very large bathroom was spotless. Large bedroom was comfortable for family.

We had a wonderful time in Venice and was so happy with our stay here! The property is beautiful - very modern decor with rustic beams etc exposed = very cool! High quality & comfortable furnishings, clean & modern bathroom. location was perfect for us - quiet lovely neighborhood, easy to get to, close to everything. The common spaces were also very nicely outfitted with thoughtful touches everywhere like delicious snacks, coffee, tea, Beverages, champagne and chocolates in our room and even...

This is a wonderful place to stay in Venice. Absolutely silent at night. Easy walking distance to everything in Venice. Very close to the main port from Venice airport and the public taxi to the other islands like Burano/Murano are just down the street. The room is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is cosy and very nice. Pictures of the rooms are exactly as they are. It’s quiet, updated with a fabulous bathroom, the bed is very comfortable and the toiletries are excellent. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location can’t be better, lots of good places around to eat, less than a 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco and vaporetto stops.

Excellent place to stay.. Very clean, modern and updated hotel! Staff was absolutely perfect! Great location with everything right outside the door of the hotel. Can take the water taxi right from the airport, directly to the hotel…the water taxi will drop you off right there at the hotel.

Couldn’t recommend more! I expected the room to be old and small as most in Venice but it was huge and very nice. Greatly exceeded our expectations and had so much charm. The location was perfect and everyone working was really nice and helpful. I would love to come back again!

Our apartment at Al Bailo were one of the best parts of our visit to Venice . Friendly greetings from all staff and a large, bright and modern apartment . The kitchen was equipped with a Nespresso machine and there was a good supply of coffee pods and teabags. Restaurants and stores were few steps from the entrance and we were a short walk to San Marco , the Rialto and all Venice has to offer. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were comfortable but could use a good dusting (supply & return ducts and lamps were dusty). Good location and VERY helpful staff. Samon answered all our questions and helped us travel esp with understanding the Vaporetto etc. I would book again!

Very nice place to stay and the location was very nice and I recommend it. Look for deals if you can. We paid a little more for it due to late booking.

This is more like apartment hotel located just few minutes away from St. Marco. Room that we got was great! Super clean and nicely decorated with clean nice bathroom. I am sure other rooms are the same quality. We asked for room with a canal view and it was amazing! Balcony with a view to gondolas passing under our window! We also had a nice coffee machine variety of coffees and tasty cookies and a bottle of water per person each day! Peopl who work there -Asela and Trevis were super friendly...

An amazing experience. Very accessible staff. Very clean. Great quiet location not stuffed with tourists but an easy walk to the busy areas. I didn’t realize upon booking that we had a washer and dryer, so that was an extremely pleasant surprise to do laundry halfway through the trip. Small grocery store right across the small canal to stock up on snacks and small meals for very cheap, which was a nice money saver. Fully furnished kitchen if you want to cook.

Property was clean and close to shopping areas. Ylenia the receptionist is extremely welcoming and has great communication skills. Despite the glaring looks as if we did not belong there as African-Americans, Ylenia was the comforting face at the end of the trip.

The room was beautiful with a lot of character. It was conveniently located near the Grand Canal (5 min walk to water bus), and under 10 minute walk to St. Mark's Square. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was so fantastic, an 800 converted monestary! We were in awe! Gorgeous architecture, brilliant location, beatiful!

Great location to everywhere. The host kindly offered us early check in. Clean and beautiful rooms.

Wow, wonderful property and room! We booked a canal view room that was so spacious and had 2 large windows overlooking a canal. At certain times, the gondolas went by in the canal, one after another like a beautiful ride at Disney World! It was such a beautiful red house and in a perfect location overlooking Campo Manin. Central to everything. We really enjoyed staying here so much! It was only one flight of stairs up, so not too bad. There was a lady at the desk at check in to give us the...

The room was much nicer than expected. If I travel to Venice in the future I would most likely stay in the same place. I highly recommend. Interior was spacious and modern.
