This property was perfect for us! it was easy to find, in a quiet area but still within easy reach of all the sights. The room it's self was beautiful especially the bathroom the balcony was a cute edition. Huge thank you we had a wonderful time.

We couldn't get the air conditioning to work but other than that everything was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was amazing. It was a great base for our few days in Venice.

It is a little difficult to find but manageable. The main hotel front desk was beautiful and staff were very friendly. The room was reasonably clean and the bathroom was well kept. The walls are very thin. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend. The room could use some simple updates and attention to detail. Dead bugs on the walls were a glimpse into the evening as mosquitos made their way into the room. Be prepared.

Cosy room on a canal.

Great comfortable room. It’s in a great neighborhood away from all of the huge crowds and tourist traps. Loved having the balcony that overlooked a canal. Great place to unwind after being around large crowds all day.

Quaint and perfect getaway in Venice

The trip to Venice was amazing, the accommodation was great. Check in easy at the main hotel and even offered to escort us to the apartment. Was only 4 minute walk to the accomodation and lovely navigating through the small streets. Location was great, just 15 minute walk to the south of the island where you could walk along the coastline and to St Marcos Square. Balconly and seeing the locals way of live was a nice treat as well.

Awesome updated room in a wonderful location in Venice. AC was good and very much appreciated on a hot weekend in Venice The hotel is sort of a "branch campus" of the larger hotel a few blocks away, and staff were incredibly helpful in making sure that we had everything we needed and check in was as smooth as possible. The room overlooking a canal was novel and memorable, and the location on the edge of the main tourist hub of San Marco allowed us to be close to the action, but also escape the chaos and explore some more local feeling areas as well. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

The apartment is big in size and is very modern. The bed is very comfortable. Mosquitos get into the apartment so just to be prepared. Overall a great stay with a lovely cafe on the street to the left. Would recommend here

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and ours even had a balcony over the canal. It was clean and the bathroom was luxurious! It was in close proximity to the San Zacharia Vaperetto stop. They provided us with a map and directions that made it so easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at Liassidi Arco! It was located close to St Mark’s Square, with plenty of dining options and shopping around as well. The space was clean, spacious and modern. It has a nice bathroom and the bed was comfortable as well. The powerful AC was perfect on the hot summer days! The check in at the Palace is close by and has a good place to stop for a drink in a nice courtyard. Overall we loved our stay, everything was perfect!
