travelled with my family. but pls clean ur AC vent its dusty need to change the filter. i wish CS is accesable being with senior citizen hard to go to one place to another for check ins. I love all details of the house cleanliness and safetyness.

The appartement is very comfortable for a family with 2 kids and well localized. Our stay was good overall. They were only 2 things that bother us a bit : it's a bit dark inside the flat and the water pressure should be controlled : during our shower, they weren't not lots of water and we had randomly cold / hot water.

Terrible system for check in!

Nice place, Good location! Very bad check in process, had to check in at separate location. Could not leave luggage at hotel. Very inconvenient! Would not stay again knowing that!

The suggestion from hotel cavalieri staff to walk our luggage to the apartment was absurd. Rolling a 29" luggage and wheely carryon over bridges with stairs is ridiculous and very contrary to a 1st class experience we paid 85 euros to have a water taxi to collect us from the apartment A wardrobe door was broken off its hinges before we arrived making the safe inside unusable dissappointing Felt a little odd to have to remove garbage and clean kitchen before we leave considering the price of apartment

This was a very spacious apartment, it's so nice because usually you're cramped in Europe. We were on the top floor, and it would get a little warm sometimes, but since it was still spring, the Air Conditioner was not programmed yet, but some gentleman walked 20 minutes to bring me a fan, now that's what I call service. We enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was in a quaint and quiet area with excellent places to eat nearby. The apartment had plenty of space for our family of four! It was very clean and comfortable!

Wonderful Week in Venice

our stay at Bailo was superb. It was an ideal location handy for all the tourist areas without being overwhelmed by people. The area was more residentail and small business so we felt we got to know what life is like in Venice. The apartment was very modern and quiet with all the necessary facilities including 2 full bathrooms in a very old building and area. The staff were very helpful and cleaning was frequent. The only thing missing was a laundary facility or access to a washing Machine.

The view of the canals was amazing. The place itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here! There is only one thing I want to mention. My kids told me that the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable. Our bed was fantastic though :-)

The check in process is absolutely the worst EVER. They have you go to the primary location first to check in to then proceed to your apartment which is located across Venice. This becomes rather challenging when you don't really know where you are going. Traveling with a child, a woman in her 70's along with one other individual while carrying 4 medium size suitcases weighing ~ 40lbs. With all the steps and bridges throughout Venice makes it almost impossible with dealing with the heat. We had to pay 72 Euros for water taxi to be dropped off at Rinalto taxi drop then pay another 85 Euros to get taken around to the apartment location. The front desk concierge didn't seem to care all that much about our situation worn out, hot and exhausted trying to figure out where we needed to go and carrying all of our luggage. Then proceeded to tell me that the information of the check in process is located in Expedia. There is somewhat of check in desk at the Apartment location, I don't understand why they couldn't ask your arrival time and have someone meet you at apartment location or have something set up with Water Taxi service on them to pay if they want you going to both locations. The apartment was nice. The check in process ruined all good vibes of our stay in Venice. We did take a tour that was nice and showed us around all the great places of Venice.

A great place for people who don't require any service. It's basically and apartment with kitchen etc... but no hotel facilities. The apartment itself was huge clean and well furnished.

This is a beautiful apartment, well-located (just off the beaten path but close enough to be interesting) and a great option for families. Window screens would have helped with mosquitoes. Check in and out are contactless, but they do have an arrangement with a local hotel in case you need to store luggage etc. We had a great stay. (An app on your phone is your roomkey.)

Everything is okay except for checking in. Nice location, clean, spacious. At one point the Openow app keys wont work and I have to call help. Calling their help line means international call so it’s extra expense. Staff are located 6 mins walk from this apartment, theybhave another hotel property where you can bring your credit card to pay for local taxes etc. Staff there are helpful though including getting is a watet taxi back to the yrain station.
