with kids, they can prepare the kids bed too.

Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too.
Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful.
Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good.

Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.」

「Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone...
